I purchased a home in Maine built in the 1850s and wanted to get an engineer to “sound” the house for me, to give me a report of structural repair priorities as far as integrity, safety and livability. My initial contact was with Lyn, who was very helpful and friendly. Steven and another engineer did a thorough inspection and provided me with exactly the kind of information I needed. I now feel much more secure knowing the overall structure is in good shape, and I have a great starting roadmap giving me specific info and advice about how to get the work done and what kind of professionals I will need. I feel so grateful having WPA as a resource and support going forward to help me be a good steward of this house. I highly recommend them.

Waterville Audiology was in need of a professional to draft up drawings after sustaining a fire. Steven Govoni not only produced an efficient workspace design for our practice but supported us in many aspects of the rebuilding process. His knowledge is invaluable. We would highly recommend Steve and his team!
